พ.ต.อ.โสณกุญช์ ทรัพย์สมบัติ ผกก.สภ.ห้วยเม็ก กล่าวว่า การจับกุมผู้ต้องหาและยึดของกลางดังกล่าว สืบเนื่องจากเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ สภ.ห้วยเม็ก ได้รับแจ้งว่ามีบุคคลกลุ่มหนึ่ง พักอาศัยอยู่บ้านหลังเดียวกันและมีอาชีพซื้อรถจยย.เก่ามาดัดแปลงและประกาศขายทางออนไลน์ มีพฤติกรรมเสพยาเสพติด จึงเฝ้าจับและสอบถามพยานแวดล้อม กระทั่งวางแผนตรวจค้นและจับกุม ขณะมั่วสุมเสพยาบ้าในบ้านพักหลังดังกล่าว คือบ้านเลขที่ 178 ม.5 ต.คำใหญ่ อ.ห้วยเม็ก จ.กาฬสินธุ์ สามารถจับกุมและยึดของกลางได้ โดยแบ่งเป็น 2 คดี ประกอบด้วย
คดีที่ 1 ผู้ต้องหา คือ น.ส.จุฑามณี อายุ 24 ปี อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 83 ม.1 ต.แห่ใต้ อ.โกสุมพิสัย จ.มหาสารคาม และสามีคือนายอมฤต อายุ 30 ปี อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 194 ม.5 ต.คำใหญ่ อ.ห้วยเม็ก จ.กาฬสินธุ์ พร้อมเยาวชนชาย-หญิง อายุ 15-16 ปี 2 ราย ยึดของกลาง ยาบ้า 107 เม็ด จยย.ดัดแปลงไม่ติดแผ่นป้ายทะเบียน 2 คัน
คดีที่ 2 จับกุมนายจิตกร อายุ 45 ปี บ้านเลขที่ 178 ม.5 ต.คำใหญ่ อ.ห้วยเม็ก จ.กาฬสินธุ์ พร้อมของกลาง ยาบ้าจำนวน 139 เม็ด จยย.ดัดแปลงไม่ติดแผ่นป้ายทะเบียน 1 คัน โดยเจ้าหน้าที่สามารถจับกุมได้ที่ริมถนนสาธารณะ สี่แยกบ้านห้วยม่วง ม.6 ต.คำใหญ่ อ.ห้วยเม็ก จ.กาฬสินธุ์
