ส่งผลให้น้ำกัดเซาะทำให้ถนนลูกรังสายบ้านแห่ หมู่ 3 – บ้านจิตประชา หมู่ 16 ต.ยอดแกง อ.นามน จ.กาฬสินธุ์ ซึ่งอยู่ติดกับลำห้วยตอขาดเป็นทางยาวกว่า 40 เมตร ลึกประมาณ 15 เมตร รถทุกชนิดไม่สามารถสัญจรผ่านไปมาได้ ชาวบ้าน 2 หมู่บ้าน 150 ครัวเรือนได้รับผลกระทบเดือดร้อน แต่ยังมีเส้นทางที่สามารถสัญจรไปมาได้อีกเส้นทางหนึ่ง แต่ต้องอ้อมไปไกลกว่า 20 กิโลเมตร
