ที่โรงแรมอวานี แอนด์ คอนเวนชั่น เซนเตอร์ ขอนแก่น น.ส.เทียนทิพย์ นาราช ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารลูกค้าเอสเอ็มอี ธนาคารทหารไทย หรือทีเอ็มบี เป็นประธานเปิดกิจกรรมพบปะผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดเล็ก หรือ SMEs ในพื้นที่ จ.ขอนแก่น และจังหวัดใกล้เคียง หรือ “TMB SME on Tour 2018 : Digi up your life, inspire your business” มีผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจ SMEs รวมทั้งผู้บริหารสถาบันการเงินเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมดังกล่าวกว่า 200 คน
น.ส.เทียนทิพย์ นาราช ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารลูกค้าเอสเอ็มอี ทีเอ็มบี กล่าวว่า จากการเปิดตัวแคมเปญ “ได้มากกว่า” หรือ Get More with TMB ตั้งแต่เดือน มี.ค.ที่ผ่านมานั้น วันนี้มีผู้ประกอบการกลุ่มธุรกิจ SMEs จากทั่วประเทศร่วมเป็นพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจและตัดสินใจเลือกใช้ธุรกรรมทางการเงินและร่วมเป็นคู่ค้ากับทีเอ็มบีรวมแล้วกว่า 300,000 ราย คาดว่าภายใน 5 ปีทีเอ็มบีจะมีลูกค้ากลุ่มธุรกิจ SMEs ร่วมเป็นหุ้นส่วนและคู่ค้าทางธุรกิจมากกว่า 1,000,000 ราย ด้วยเหตุที่เป็นสถาบันการเงิน ที่นำนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทันสมัยมาใช้ในระบบการเงินของไทย ทำให้ทีเอ็มบีเป็นผู้นำธุรกรรมการเงินที่ผู้ประกอบการและลูกค้าสามารถทำธุรกรรมได้โดยไม่ต้องไปธนาคาร
จากการสำรวจพบว่าผู้ประกอบการ SMEs ไทยมากกว่าร้อยละ 30 ไม่สามารถเข้าถึงการให้บริการของสถาบันการเงินได้ ด้วยเหตุเพราะความไม่กล้า หรือไม่มีวินัยทางการเงิน หรือดำเนินธุรกิจที่ไม่เข้าหลักเกณฑ์ของการปล่อยสินเชื่อ หรือการอนุมัติงบประมาณในโครงการ หากเรามองในภาพเดิมๆ ปัญหาเดิมๆ ก็จะไม่ได้รับการแก้ไข แต่วันนี้ทีเอ็มบีได้ลบภาพดังกล่าว โดยพนักงานของธนาคารทุกคนจะต้องลงพื้นที่พบปะผู้ประกอบการในกลุ่มธุรกิจเอสเอ็มอีทุกระดับ

The survey found that more than 30 percent of Thai SMEs do not have access to financial services. Because of the lack of courage. No financial discipline. But today TMB has deleted the image. All employees of the bank will meet the SME business group at all levels.
