การลงนามความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้จะนำความเชี่ยวชาญและนวัตกรรมของทั้งสองบริษัท ทั้งในส่วนของบริษัท ทิปโก้ฟูดส์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ในฐานะผู้นำอุตสาหกรรมน้ำผลไม้ ซึ่งเป็นแบรนด์น้ำผลไม้ที่ได้รับการยอมรับอันดับ 1 ของประเทศในกลุ่มพรีเมี่ยม ภายใต้การผลิตที่มีคุณภาพและมาตรฐานสูง ได้รับความไว้วางใจจากผู้บริโภคมายาวนานกว่า 45 ปี และบริษัท โควิก เคทท์ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ในฐานะผู้นำด้านการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหาร เครื่องสำอาง และผลิตภัณฑ์ดูแลผิว ครอบคลุมถึงยาแผนโบราณแบบครบวงจร ซึ่งมีโรงงานฐานการผลิตที่ดีอันดับต้นๆ ของประเทศไทย ร่วมพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารและเครื่องดื่มใหม่ๆ ตอบโจทย์ผู้บริโภคในยุคปัจจุบัน อาทิ เครื่องดื่มที่มีส่วนผสมของกัญชง และ/หรือ กัญชา ผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหารในรูปแบบต่างๆ ทั้งในรูปแบบเครื่องดื่ม เม็ดแคปซูล หรือ ผงชงดื่ม เป็นต้น เพื่อสร้างเอกลักษณ์และความแตกต่างให้แก่สินค้า เป็นทางเลือกใหม่สำหรับผู้บริโภค
