ที่ จ.นครพนม ความคืบหน้าสถานการโควิดยังแพร่ระบาดรายวัน ล่าสุดพบผู้ป่วยโควิดเพิ่มอีก 47 ราย ป่วนสะสมกว่า 4,031 ราย รักษาหายแล้ว 2,848 ราย กำลังรักษาอยู่ 1,168 ราย เสียชีวิตสะสม รวม 15 ราย โดยวันนี้ได้มีมาตรการเข้มในการสั่งปิดหมู่บ้าน คือ บ้านเวินพระบาทหมู่ 1 ต.เวินพระบาท อ.ท่าอุเทน จ.นครพนม รวมกว่า 200 ครัวเรือน เป็นระยะเวลา 7 วัน คือ วันที่ 18 – 24 สิงหาคม 2564 เพื่อคัดกรองควบคุมโรค หลังจากมีการตรวจพบผู้ป่วยโควิด เป็นคลัสเตอร์กลุ่มเสี่ยง คนงานขับรถบรรทุก ขนส่งสินค้าระหว่างประเทศ ผ่านสะพานมิตรภาพทายลาวแห่ง ที่ 3 นครพนม – คำม่วน ซึ่งก่อนนี้ ในช่วง 2 -3 วันที่ผ่านมา ได้ตรวจพบผู้ติดเชื้อมากกกว่า 20 ราย เนื่องจากเป็นแรงงานขับรถบรรทุกที่เดินทางมาจากต่างจังหวัด ล่าสุดวันนี้พบอีก 6 ราย อีกทั้งมีการเชื่อมโยงไปพักอาศัยในพื้นที่หมู่บ้านดังกล่าว จึงต้องปิดหมู่บ้าน เพื่อติดตารมคัดกรองควบคุมป้องกันโรค ทั้งนี้ทางจังหวัดนครพนม ยังมีมารตราการเข้มทั้ง 12 อำเภอ ในการ ควบคุมป้องกัน พร้อมจัดเตรียม โรงพยาบาลสนามกว่า 2,000 เตียง ในการรองรับการดูแลรักษา พร้อมระดมทีม ผู้นำชุมชน อสม. ฝ่ายปกครอง เฝ้าตรวจสอบดูแลกลุ่มเสี่ยงที่เดินทาจากต่างจังหวัด เข้าพื้นที่ต้องรายงานตัวคัดกรองหาเชื้อทุกราย
