ได้มีหนังสือด่วนที่สุดถึงหัวหน้าส่วนราชการ นายอำเภอทุกอำเภอ ให้ออกมาแจ้งเตือนประชาชนทั้ง 23 อำเภอ ให้ระมัดระวังอันตราย หรือผลกระทบจากพายุฝนและลมกระโชกแรง ในช่วงระหว่างวันที่ 20-25 กรกฎาคม 2565 เฝ้าระวังสถานการณ์น้ำ ท่วมฉับพลัน น้ำป่าไหลหลาก และน้ำท่วมขัง ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยเฉพาะ ในพื้นที่ จ.บุรีรัมย์ 8 อำเภอ ได้แก่ อ.นางรอง , อ.ละหานทราย , อ.ประโคนชัย , อ.เฉลิมพระเกียรติ , อ.โนนดินแดง , อ.โนนสุวรรณ , อ.ลำปลายมาศ และ อ.บ้านด่าน จึงขอให้ประชาชนติดตามประกาศจากกรมอุตุนิยมวิทยา ข้อมูลสภาพอากาศ และข่าวสารจากทางราชการอย่างใกล้ชิด
รวมทั้งขอให้เตรียมความพร้อมรับมือกับสาธารณภัย โดยเน้นย้ำการปฏิบัติตนให้ปลอดภัยจากสาธารณภัยและปฏิบัติตามแนวทางที่กำหนดไว้ เช่น ตัดแต่งกิ่งไม้ การเสริมแนวคันกั้นน้ำ เก็บเอกสาร ทรัพย์สิน/สิ่งของไว้ในสถานที่ปลอดภัย พร้อมแจ้งให้ประชาชนหลีกเลี่ยงการอยู่ในที่โล่งแจ้ง ใต้ต้นไม้ใหญ่ และป้ายโฆษณาที่ไม่แข็งแรงในขณะที่เกิดฝนตกหนักและน้ำป่าไหลหลากได้ และเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการสัญจรผ่านบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง ในช่วงวันที่ 20-24 กรกฎาคม 2565 สำหรับเกษตรกรควรระวังความเสียหายที่จะเกิดกับผลผลิตทางการเกษตรไว้ด้วย นอกจากนี้ ยังแจ้งหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อเตรียมรับมือสถานการณ์ วิเคราะห์และประเมินสถานการณ์จากปัจจัยต่างๆ เพื่อประสานและบูรณาการหน่วยงาน เครือข่าย ภาคเอกชน และขอให้องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น เตรียมพร้อมทรัพยากร เครื่องจักรกลสาธารณภัยและแผนปฏิบัติการเผชิญเหตุ รวมถึงกำลังเจ้าหน้าที่ให้มีความพร้อมบรรเทาสาธารณภัย ปฏิบัติงาน อำนวยความสะดวก และให้ความช่วยเหลือประชาชนที่ประสบภัยตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ประชาสัมพันธ์สร้างการรับรู้ให้กับประชาชนในทุกช่องทาง ทั้งในรูปแบบที่เป็นทางการ
