นายสุวัฒน์ เข็มเพชร รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดยโสธรส่งหนังสือแจ้งเตือนอำเภอ ท้องถิ่นตามที่ศูนย์อำนวยการป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยจังหวัดโสธรว่ากรมอุตุนิยมวิทยา ได้ออกประกาศฉบับที่ 5 (141/2565) ลงวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2565 แจ้งว่าเมื่อเวลา 14.00 น. ของวันที่ (20 มิถุนายน 2565) พายุตีเปรสชันบริเวณทะเลจีนใต้ตอนบนมีศูนย์กลางอยู่ที่ละติจุด 155 องศาเหนือ ลองจิจูด 114.5 องศาตะวันออก มีความเร็วลมสูงสุดใกล้ศูนย์กลางประมาณ 55 กิโลเมตรต่อชั่วโมง
ซึ่งพายุนี้เคลื่อนที่ไปทางทิศตะวันตก ด้วยความเร็วประมาณ 15 กิโลมตรต่อชั่วโมง คาดว่าจะเคลือนขึ้นฝังประเทศจีนตอนใต้ในช่วงวันที่ 2-3 กรกฎาคม 2565 โดยไม่ส่งผลกระทบโดยตรงต่อลักษณะอากาศของประเทศไทย รวมทั้งในช่วงวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน – 6 กรกฎาคม 2565 ร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านภาคเหนือตอนบนและประเทศลาวตอนบนเข้าสู่หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำที่ปกคลุมประเทศเวียดนามตอนบน ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยเริ่มมีกำลังแรงขึ้น ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้นและมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางแห่งในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ บริเวณพื้นที่จังหวัดยโสธรเพื่อเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อม เฝ้าระวังและติดตามสถานการณ์ดังกล่าว
โดยขอให้อำเภอ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องดำเนินการ ดังนี้ 1. แจ้งไปยังกองอำนวยการป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยอำเภอ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประชาสัมพันธ์แจ้งเตือนให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนที่ตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการสัญจรผ่านบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง รวมทั้งหลีกเสี่ยงการอยู่ในที่โล่งแจ้ง ใต้ต้นไม้ใหญ่ ป้ายโฆษณาและสิ่งปลูกสร้างที่ไม่แข็งแรง สำหรับเกษตรกรควรเตรียมการป้องกันและระวังความเสียหายที่จะเกิดต่อผลผลิตทางการเกษตรไว้ด้วย 2.ให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านการป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยในทุกพื้นที่ ประสานเครือข่ายอาสาสมัครจากทุกภาคส่วน โดยให้จัดชุดเฝ้าระวัง รวมทั้งจัดเจ้าหน้าที่เผชิญเหตุ อาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน (อปพร. ชุดจิตอาสาภัยพิบัติ พร้อมปฏิบัติการให้ความช่วยเหลือตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง
ส่วน 3.หากพบเห็นหรือได้รับผลกระทบ และต้องการความช่วยเหลือเมื่อเกิดสถานการณ์ภัยพิบัติ สามารถแจ้งให้กองอำนวยการป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยจังหวัดยโสธรทราบ ทางโทรศัพท์/โทรสารหมายเลข ㆍ 4571 2244 หรือ แจ้งผ่านไลน์ “ศูนย์ข้อมูลสาธารณภัยจังหวัดยโสธร” และ “ปภ.รับแจ้งเหตุ 1784” โดยดำเนินการเพิ่มเพื่อน Line ID@1784DDPM ได้ทันที ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง
