Wat Phra Thaen Ban Daeng Who got the name of the temple “Phra Thaen” because of the old altar But there was no Buddha image, Luang Pu named Wat Phra Thaen, “Wat Phra Thaen” in accordance with the old name of the old altar. When Luang Pu came to build a temple Thai villagers have evacuated all 30 houses to live. The area around the temple was named “Khum Tai Temple” and “Khum Hua Wat”. Villagers in other provinces heard the name of Luang Pu and therefore moved to live even more. To the north of the temple next to Ban Tai, there was originally a swamp called “Kud Ban”. In the past, this swamp used to have enemies and adversaries to fight with sword spears. When they stopped fighting each other, they bathed in a bloody bath, making this swamp a red color full of Luang Pu’s blood. Therefore, the village was named “Ban Daeng” and another origin of the name of the village is when Luang Pu first came to set up the temple, this area is full of red flowers and big red trees in the temple. Therefore relied on the legend of Nong Nam Daeng Red Flowers and Red Forest It is the origin that Luang Pu named this house “Ban Daeng Yai” The well-being of the Red villagers at that time lived happily. And it is rich with crab, fish, not starving. Farm fields can be taken anywhere.

Later, people from different villages and provinces flocked to live in the prestige of Luang Pu every day. Luang Pu has a policy and approaches to develop a new plan. Therefore, the village and the place where the city will be located in the future has been planned. Therefore began to cut roads, all major roads, there are 8 roads, in addition, many roads and alleyways have been cut When people are full in each plot, it is worth it. Luang Pu said that the land was not traded to share. In each Khum there is a pavilion. And there is a supervisor in which there is a field Luang Pu will buy it. But the price must not exceed 60 baht and Luang Pu has defined the boundary of the village Using a large red wood embedded in a spot around the territory that says it will be a city Luang Pu has set his sights on what departments will belong to, for example, this is an elementary school. High school The district office, electricity, sanitation, hospitals are themselves to prevent problems later. This point can be said that Luang Pu is definitely foresight as more and more people migrate, so Luang Pu leads the villagers to build a pavilion. And a cubicle on the north side East of the temple In the construction, at night, the young, vigorous youngsters would come together to help. Haul wood using a wheeled car (a car with wheels for hauling wood Made out of wood), after cutting the wood, take 3-4 pieces per trip, the size of each piece is approximately 8-10 meters long. And help each other drag The sound of wooden cars rubbing against each other as they dragged them, shaking through the forest. And when the streak of the leather used to drag ripped off Young people who help pull the falling trees on top of each other Make young people have fun Relaxing tiredness quite a bit. Keep doing that every day and every night. If there were no lumber in the night, the villagers went out to cut the roads and some of them saw the logging they had already carried. As more and more villagers from other places moved to each other Luang Pu set up a paddy bank and a cattle bank to pay for the poor. And some groups of women came to ask for ordination (Nung, white-clad) accepting volunteers to cook food for workers There are individuals who come to be ordained individually.
