เอกภาพยนตร์แต่เขาเลือกที่จะทำตามฝันและความชื่นชอบของตัวเอง โดยการเปิดร้าน “ก๋วยเตี๋ยวไก่มะระ และ ข้าวมันไก่ บุฟเฟ่ต์” กับแฟนสาวเป็นเจ้าแรกของบุรีรัมย์ ชื่อ “ร้านเจริญพุง” ตั้งอยู่ถนนจิระ (สายบุรีรัมย์-นางรอง) ต.ในเมือง อ.เมืองบุรีรัมย์ ตรงข้ามกับปั๊มน้ำมันตราดาว เพื่อหวังเพิ่มทางเลือกและเอาใจคนชอบรับประทานอาหารแบบบุฟเฟต์ ในราคาเท่ากับอาหารจานเดียวเท่านั้น
โดยหากลูกค้าสั่งก๋วยเตี๋ยว หรือข้าวมันไก่เพียงราคาชาม/จานละ 40 บาทพิเศษ 45 บาท สามารถเติมข้อไก่ตุ๋น ผักต้ม ผักสด ที่ทางร้านจัดเตรียมไว้ได้ด้วยตัวเองแบบไม่อั้นเลยทีเดียว ทำให้เป็นที่ถูกปากถูกใจของลูกค้าทั้งข้าราชการ นักเรียน นักศึกษา และประชาชนทั่วไปต่างแวะเวียนมาอุดหนุนคึกคัก ซึ่งไม่เพียงจะอิ่มไม่อั้นแล้วหากใครได้มาลิ้มรสชาติก๋วยเตี๋ยวไก่มะระ และข้าวมันไก่ร้านเจริญพุงแห่งนี้แล้ว รับรองว่าจะต้องติดใจในรสชาติความอร่อยอย่างแน่นอน โดยเฉพาะน้ำซุปก๋วยเตี๋ยวที่เข้มข้นกลมกล่อมที่เจ้าของร้านการันตีว่าสามารถทานได้แบบไม่ต้องปรุงเลยทีเดียว

นายนิภัทร ฉันทดารา หนุ่มเจ้าของร้าน บอกว่า หลังจากศึกษาจบก็ไปทำงานเกี่ยวกับภาพยนตร์อยู่สักพัก แต่รู้สึกว่าไม่ใช่แนวทางของตัวเอง จึงตัดสินใจออกมาทดลองค้าขายกับแฟน โดยตอนแรกเปิดร้านขายก๋วยเตี๋ยวไก่มะระอยู่ที่พัทยาได้ประมาณ 2 ปี โดยได้สูตรจากร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวที่แปดริ้วซึ่งเป็นร้านที่แฟนไปทานเป็นประจำ ซึ่งช่วงที่เปิดขายอยู่พัทยาก็ขายดีแต่พอแม่เสียชีวิตจึงกลับมาเปิดที่จ.บุรีรัมย์ เพื่อจะได้ดูแลพ่อด้วย แต่พอมาเปิดที่บุรีรัมย์มีการปรับปรุงสูตรให้รสชาติถูกปากลูกค้าและเปิดขายแบบบุฟเฟต์ เพื่อเป็นทางเลือกและเอาใจคนชอบบุฟเฟ่ต์ แต่ราคาเท่ากับก๋วยเตี๋ยวหรืออาหารจานเดียวทั่วไป
