วัดถ้ำปาฏิหาริย์ (เดิมโบราณชื่อ ถ้ำมืด) เป็นสถานที่ปฏิบัติธรรม ที่มีถ้ำอยู่ภายในวัด ตั้งอยู่ใกล้ๆกับเขตป่าดงนาทาม ในเขตอำเภอโขงเจียม ถ้าท่านใดได้ผ่านไปแถวโขงเจียมก็แวะเข้าไปทำบุญกันได้ วัดถ้ำปาฏิหาริย์ห่างจาก เทศบาลอำเภอเมืองอุบลราชธานี ประมาณ 130 กิโลเมตร ใช้เส้นทางการเดินทางหมายเลขขับจาก ถนนหมายเลข 2050 ต่อไปยัง ถนนหมายเลข 2134 และ ถนนหมายเลข 2135 ไป ตำบล นาโพธิ์กลาง เข้าไปยังถ้ำปาฏิหาริย์ วัดถ้ำปาฏิหาริย์ห่างจาก วัดถ้ำวังผาพญานาคราช ประมาณ 42 กิโลเมตร สามารถเดินทางไปในวัดเดียวได้ ทั้งสองวัดปาฏิหาริย์และความลึกลับของตำนาน “พญานาค” ยังคงเป็นที่ได้รับความสนใจจากบรรดาผู้ศรัทธาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ดังคำกล่าวอ้างอิงจากหมอดูชื่อดัง “อ.ลักษณ์ เรขานิเทศ” ที่ได้เผยว่า ปีพุทธศักราช 2560-2565 นั้นเป็นมหามงคลแห่งปี “พญานาคราชประทานพร” ที่เชื่อวาหากใครได้สร้างบุญสร้างกุศลสัมพันธ์กับพญานาค “พ่อปู่ศรีสุทโธนาคราช” นั้นจะโชคดี มีแต่สิ่งดีๆเกิดขึ้น เป็นบุญครั้งยิ่งใหญ่ในชีวิต จนล่าสุดทั่วทุกสารทิศแดนไทย ที่ใดมีตำนานพญานาค ที่นั่นก็จะมีสาธุชนแห่ไปทำบุญกราบสักการะกันล้นหลาม “ถ้ำมืด” หรือถ้ำปาฏิหาริย์ ณ วัดถ้ำปาฏิหาริย์ อ.โขงเจียม จ.อุบลราชธานี เป็นอีกหนึ่งสถานที่ที่มีตำนานเกี่ยวกับ “พญานาค” โดยมีตำนานเล่าขานต่อๆกันมาว่า ที่แห่งนี้คือเมืองลับแล หรือเมืองบังบด ตามประวัติของ หลวงปู่คำคะนิง จุลมณี วัดถ้ำคูหาสวรรค์ ได้กล่าวว่า ถ้ำแห่งนี้เป็นทางเชื่อมต่อระหว่างเมืองมนุษย์และเมืองบาดาล (เมืองพญานาค) เป็นดินแดนศักดิ์สิทธิ์ มีเจ้าปู่เป็นผู้ดูแลปกปักรักษา และยังมีความเชื่อว่าถ้ำแห่งนี้สามารถเดินทะลุไปยังอีกฝั่งของแม่น้ำโขงด้านประเทศสปป.ลาว
